• When will my order ship?

  Generally, if the products are in stock at our LA warehouse, we will ship within 2-4 days. if you’ve customized your order, production will begin after your order is placed. We expect your order to ship within 4-6 weeks because it is crafted for you. All products ship free.

• What is your return policy?

  We want you to feel confident about your purchase! If you change your mind, no worries — you have 7 days after delivery to return or exchange your unopened mattress, no questions asked.

  Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll help schedule a pickup with FedEx or another delivery partner.

  Please note: return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and the mattress must still be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify.
